TYRANT'S COURAGE

Tough words will never tyrant scare,
When rhetoric is all we do;
All threats we later do not dare,
So evil deeds they still pursue.

Iraq's Sadaam still gets his way,
The bloody Bosnians still free;
In China profits still hold sway,
Concerted action we won't see.

With indecision at its peak,
All tyrants will new courage find;
Thus blood into their soil will leak,
While Western leaders all act blind.
