EXPANDING TALES
Old timers love to reminisce,
Their mem'ries flow in streams of bliss;
They dwell on every wee detail,
And mem'ries never seem to fail.
In truth it never was that way,
Yet they believe each word they say;
No harm is done to anyone,
And ancient tales give them such fun.
Expanded tales one should not spurn,
For soon it's everybody's turn;
It is a very human phase,
A slight exaggerated phrase.
