USELESS WORRY

By worries are we all beset,
While some are real, the most are not;
Man made unnecessary debt,
We should these doubts from mem'ry blot.

It does not help a tiny bit,
It will add furrows on your brow;
It merely digs a deeper pit,
To worry we should never bow.

Erase each worry with a hope,
Don't let it nag you night and day;
Believe you'll always learn to cope,
Relax and send them all away.
