CHANGES IN OUR LIVES
Our future is a mystery,
So oft arriving with surprise;
We think some things can never be,
But oft our fate will open eyes.
As bitter foes become fast friends,
When understanding has been reached;
Undying friendship sometime ends,
When basic ethics have been breached.
Impossible should not be heard,
All barriers will sometime fall;
And many things once thought absurd,
Become routine, one climbed the wall.
