INTEGRATION BY QUOTA

No integration found in sports,
It rests but on ability;
Thus black men dominate our courts,
So few white faces do we see.

In business it should be the same,
In college too it has no place;
But quotas have that very aim,
The weight of numbers to erase.

We can not talent disregard,
Not everyone can make the grade;
By race no person should be barred,
Let's not erect a barricade.
