BLACKS AND JEWS

The Blacks and Jews have common goals,
Minorities, they've both been spurned;
Not given credit for their souls,
Through suffering they both have learned.

The Jew did not the Black enslave,
The Muslims bought them from their chief;
The Arabs then to Christians gave,
These slaves who never found relief.

This trade went on for centuries,
Few voices heard in sharp dissent;
These facts are lost from memories,
Yet Jew not Arab, Blacks resent.

The "Freedom Fighters" had their Jews,
The Yemenites to Israel brought;
Both of these facts not stressed in news,
Jews universal freedom sought.

If only there was dialogue,
Where each could best explain their views,
Fanatics cries would never clog,
The harmony "twixt Blacks and Jews.
