PHILIPPINE ELECTIONS

Elections held in Philippines,
No longer bring much ugly scenes;
The voters will their leaders choose,
Only dictatorship will lose.

The Philippinos have grown up,
They drank too long from bitter cup;
They more and more find liberty,
A source of happiness and glee.

The "yellow dress" produced this change,
It did from tyranny estrange;
Aquino showed the voters might,
And now they all have seen the light.
