THE MUSIC OF THE SOUL
 
Our music speaks to every soul,
As hearts respond to each sweet note;
Its language plays a vital role,
In keeping mankind's hope afloat.

>From savage to sophisticate,
The wings of song leaps from each lip;
Man's hatred it can mitigate,
As discontent it oft will nip.

A snake will sway to its sweet sound,
A child will dance to its caress;
No one on Earth can e'er be found,
Who in their heart won't music bless.
