SUCH BALD FACED LIES

Our minds rebel at brutal death,
By hate and prejudice oft led;
With every nation in its breadth,
So many human hearts are bled.

Such deeds by leaders oft condoned,
In fact by them are organized,
Quite brazenly are then disowned,
So well they act as if surprised.

This "Ethnic Cleansing" still goes on,
Fanatics will raise doubts and fears,
Some peaceful folks these words may con,
Soon moral values disappear.

It's hard to pierce this veil of lies,
It is a pattern Hitler proved;
They all deny the victims cries,
No guilty rulers are removed.

Few nations would an army send,
Exposing troops to trials of war;
Just to minorities defend,
Though all such actions we deplore.

Thus evil leaders have their way,
Full knowing we will not react;
Not hearing what we have to say,
The lack of war a proven fact.
