A GARDEN FOR EACH SOUL

A GARDEN FOR EACH SOUL
There is a garden in each life,
A quiet, peaceful, lovely place;
A haven from all stress and strife,
Which God endows with special grace.
The roses in profusion grow,
The birds all add the sweetest song;
And Heaven's peace we all can know,
In reverie we can't go wrong.
As lazily we linger there,
Contentment floods our human heart;
We find no need for our despair,
Refreshed we make a brand new start.
His future man can still control,
With new resolve he plows ahead;
To prove He's master of his soul,
Although by Angels often led.
