UNFATHOMABLE
Unfathomed is the human mind,
Psychiatrists still probe and probe;
But to the truth they may be blind,
No unity found on this globe.
For man's a total mystery,
Each one so different from the rest;
The inner workings none can see,
So reach conclusions from some test.
But preconceived ideas prevail,
While others random thoughts will try;
But uniformity they fail,
We vary greatly you and I.
Perhaps there truly is a soul,
Upsetting notions right and left;
To science just a hidden shoal,
Psychiatrists would be bereft.
